Do you want to get your access to the secure area or do you have issues with our suppliers' website? Please write to us at extranet.rona@rona.ca indicating your name, email, legal name of the company, RONA Commercial agreement number to get the instructions to setup your password. We will send you an email with the instructions to proceed.

Experiencing Login Issues?

Following our system upgrade, a password reset is necessary for all our users. If you haven’t received an email with an activation link, we encourage you to check your spam folder or contact your company’s IT department to ensure that the address “pasdereponse@fournisseurs.rona.ca” isn’t blocked.

If you still haven’t received an email, don’t worry. Simply visit our Password Reset Page, enter your email address, and you’ll receive a link to set a new password.

Then, you can log in with your new password.
